This acquisition is a milestone for us, making us a truly global group with a significant presence in the USA. At the same time, we are becoming a leader in the field of small-caliber ammunition. I am proud of the CSG Group and the management team that has been working this acquisition for many months. I welcome the employees of The Kinetic Group to the CSG family and assure them that our intention is to act as a long-term owner and strategic investor that will strengthen the prosperity of traditional American small-caliber ammunition manufacturers.

Michal Strnad

Chairman of the Board and owner of CSG Group

We thank our American partners in the private and public sectors for their trust. As the new owner of The Kinetic Group, we feel great respect for its businesses, brands and traditions. What we have communicated throughout the transaction applies: All brands and production sites will be retained. We intend to invest in them and develop them further. At the same time, I believe that Kinetic's private ownership will expand the supply options for police forces and armed forces in the US.

David Štěpán

Member of the Board of Directors of CSG and CEO of the Ammo+ Division

The current management of The Kinetic Group remains at the helm of the company, led by CEO Jason Vanderbrink, who welcomes its entry into CSG: "Throughout the process of this transaction, I had the opportunity to thoroughly familiarize myself with CSG and its business philosophy. I am convinced that CSG is an ideal owner because it has great operational experience, a diverse portfolio and full commitment to our team, customers, and American manufacturing. Michal and his management team work quickly to make strategic decisions that allow the prosperity and growth of CSG businesses. We’re excited to begin a great new chapter in the history of our ammunition brands.”

Today's completion of the acquisition of The Kinetic Group is the result of CSG's long-term strategy to build the production and trade of small-caliber ammunition as another key pillar of its business alongside the defense, aerospace, automotive and railway industries. At the same time, it fulfils another priority of the group: expansion into the American market, where CSG wants to gradually establish itself with other products for the defense and civilian sectors.
